The long holiday weekend was probably a time for relaxation, barbecues and sleep for most people. But not for rapper Snoop Dogg, who was busy making the largest gin and juice drink in the world. Breaking records and making history, nothing new for Snoop Dogg it seems. It all began on Saturday when, accompanied by Top Chef Season 6 winner Michael Voltaggio and fellow rapper Warren G, Snoop took the stage at the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival. The brand Williams Sonoma also helped him break the Guinness World Record for the biggest paradise cocktail in the world.
According to Guinness, Snoop Dogg didn’t joke around and made an over 132 gallons cocktail. And while this particular gin and juice drink would probably take an army to finish, the rapper must be proud of his achievement. Actually, the drink might be already finished by now. As for the technical details, in case someone wants to replicate this monster-cocktail, it contained 180 bottles of gin. Also, 38 jugs of orange juice and 154 bottles of apricot brandy, Guinness claims.

And if you thought that something was missing, it did not! Snoop even had a huge pink umbrella and a giant straw which he used to mix it all up. The rapper also celebrated his achievement by posting a photo of him mixing the drink on his official Instagram page.
Back in 1994, Snoop Dogg rose to international fame with his hit Gin and Juice, off his second studio album called Doggystyle. Since then, this cocktail became a trademark of his. He might have released a gospel album in March, but it seems that he cannot escape his roots. Snoop Dogg is still a fan of gin and juice after all.
