Convicted mass murder and formed cult leader Charles Manson has recently been discharged from the Bakersfield Hospital after the doctors deemed the course of this treatment to be life-threatening. Manson, 82, has been admitted to the hospital some days ago, after accusing severe abdominal pains and bleeding profusely.
A few days ago, the infamous leader of the Manson Family was transferred to the Bakersfield Hospital. According to the authorities, Charles Manson, who’s currently serving a life sentence, was ill for some time now, being diagnosed a few months ago with an intestinal-related condition.
When the convict was brought to the Bakersfield Hospital, he refused any form of treatment. However, when he realized that his condition worsened, he had a change of heart and agreed to the treatment.
The ER doctors immediately transferred Manson to the OR for emergency surgery. But upon assessing his general condition, the surgeons determined that a surgical intervention would be inadvisable considering Manson’s age and overall weakened state.
Later that day, the doctors decide that it is best for the convict to be returned to the Corcoran State Prison, where Manson has been imprisoned for more than 50 years.
For those of you who don’t recall, Charles Manson was the leader of a makeshift cult, which terrorized the United States of America during the late ‘60s. Called the Manson family, Charles Manson’s personal army consisted of runaways and outcasts.
Taking advantage of the fact that his followers regarded him as a New Age Messiah, Manson ordered some of the bloodiest assassinations the country has witnessed. Before the band of cutthroats could be apprehended, they’ve managed to kill at least eight persons.
Probably the most famous ordered assassination attributed to the Manson family was that of actress Sharon Tate, Roman Polanski’s wife, and of her guests Jay Sebring, Steven Parent, Wojciech Frykowski, and Abigail Folger on the 9th of August 1969.
Manson’s followers believed in something called the Helter Skelter, a term slated down by a song from The Beatles. For Manson and his followers, the term was synonymous with a racial cleansing war, the Jihad of New Age and hippie cultures.
Charles Manson and his fanatic followers were apprehended by the end of the sixties, after an extensive manhunt which involved several state agencies.
At the moment, the authorities refused to release pertinent information regarding Manson’s condition or his diagnostic.
