According to reports, former Victoria’s Secret angel Miranda Kerr (35) has given birth to her first child with current husband, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel (27). It seems that the Australian supermodel delivered a healthy baby boy on Monday, in Los Angeles. The name of their son is Hart, an homage to Evan’s grandfather. In an official statement, the new parents revealed that words cannot explain how happy they feel. Miranda is also reportedly feeling well and her first son with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, Flynn (7), is very excited to have a baby brother now.
Back in November it was confirmed that the couple was expecting their first child. It happened about six months after they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony with only 40 guests. The event took place in the backyard of Spiegel’s Los Angeles home. In January, Kerr debuted her baby bump when she attended a Golden Globes after party. Back then, she wore a leopard-printed black dress that revealed her growing belly, and which showed her solidarity with the Time’s Up movement and the victims of abuse.
Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel welcome their first child
Back in February, Miranda Kerr explained a few more details to Jimmy Kimmel during his live show. She recalled that Flynn was always asking her when will a bother or sister come, right after she and Spiegel married. He couldn’t wait to be a big brother.
It seems that the Kora Organics founder is happy to balance being a mother and a co-parent to Flynn. Her ex-husband, Orlando Bloom, also shared his custody. Kerr revealed that they both want to set an example for their son and they plan their schedule around him. At the same time, Flynn reportedly knows that mom and dad need to work, and he understands that. However, they are both trying to be there for him as examples and friends.
