With the fiscal budget now ready for 2016, President Barack Obama is suggesting higher power plant emission. In his budget, the proposal for clean energy is about $7.4 billion and $4 billion for faster and greener power plants.
This budget will be later proposed on Monday calling also the extension of Production Tax Credit and Investment Tax Credit used by wind and solar industry respectively. Clearly, Obama seriously fights climate change for the past two years. Obama created the budget to encourage states to make or go beyond their target required in terms of financing clean energy technologies and avoid the effects of global warming.
